PROJECT AGREEMENTS

Every project is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Project-specific commitments - including scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, production schedule, review process, intellectual property rights and warranties apply only when included in that written agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Unless otherwise stated, original text, graphics and other content created by S Games for this website may not be copied, redistributed or commercially used without permission.

Names, logos, trademarks, game assets and other materials belonging to clients, agencies, publishers, platform operators or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website is for identification, attribution and portfolio presentation and does not imply ownership, endorsement or an ongoing commercial relationship unless expressly stated.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Non-public client or project information is shared only where permitted and may require a non-disclosure agreement.

PORTFOLIO NOTE

Certain projects featured in our portfolio were originally delivered under the King Development name, with S Games’ current leadership directly involved in their production. Agency or production-partner involvement is identified where relevant.
